Chess Club meets the first and third Thursday of each month, and this July 2 session kicks off at 5:30 p.m. in the Reference Room of the library’s 1917 Wing (though in summer, fair weather moves things to the front lawn). It’s open to all skill levels, but come ready to play: this isn’t a lesson, so you’ll need to know the basics going in.
