Temple B’nai Or is hosting an evening with Jane Loeb Rubin, a TBO member and award-winning author whose Gilded Ages series traces an immigrant family’s journey from the Lower East Side to the Catskills, with organized crime and the Ku Klux Klan doing their best to complicate things along the way. Jane will share the story behind the books on Wednesday, September 30 at 6:30 p.m., and the night wraps up with light refreshments, a chance to chat with her, and signed copies of all four books in the series.
