Part of the Morristown Library’s “All in the Families” series, this October screening brings CODA (2021) to the lower-level Meeting Room at 1 Miller Rd. The film follows a hearing teenager caught between her own singing ambitions and loyalty to her deaf parents and brother, whose fishing business is in trouble. It’s the kind of movie that earns its three Oscars without making a fuss about it. Rated PG-13, free to attend, and paired with light refreshments. Doors open at 6:15 PM, so you’ve got time to grab a seat before the 6:45 start. Sponsored by the Friends of the Library.
