Roots is the Harvest Restaurants flagship and the closest thing Morristown has to a full New York chophouse, with dry-aged prime cuts, a chilled raw bar, and a wine list that rewards patience.

It shares the 40 West Park Place address on the Green with sister restaurant Agricola; the steakhouse end is upstairs and dimmer. The bar and lounge stay busy most nights of the week, and reservations are a good idea for groups.
