Kirshenbaum Baking Co. is chef Uyen Kirshenbaum’s Morristown outpost, a second location for the Westfield flagship. Uyen trained at Lenotre in Paris and was the first female pastry chef at Michelin-starred Restaurant Guy Savoy in Las Vegas. She and her husband Jeff run both shops.

The case rotates lemon meringues, almond croissants, brioche donuts, and hand-cut pastries, plus a small breakfast and lunch menu. The Morristown room is on Schuyler Place behind Headquarters Plaza, a quieter block than the South Street tourist traffic. Open every day for breakfast and lunch hours only.
