Glenbrook is Morristown’s hometown brewery, opened in 2021 by head brewer Heath Traver and creative director Darren Cregan. The names lean on the Revolutionary War history that sits everywhere in this town: Colonial Ale is the flagship, with a rotating lineup of IPAs, lagers, and seasonal pours beside it.

The taproom is large, communal, and kid-friendly, and pours-only by design. Bring your own food, or order delivery from the restaurants along Morris Street and South Street. A good Sunday-afternoon stop with a group.
