Chef Fredy's Table

Chef Fredy Riveros opened Chef Fredy’s Table in the former Tim Schafer’s Cuisine space on upper Speedwell. The cooking leans contemporary American with Latin accents from Riveros’s career, and tasting menus are a regular fixture alongside the regular dinner card.

A short room with attentive service; the kind of restaurant locals find slowly and then keep on the regular special-occasion rotation. Reservations are a good idea on weekend nights.
