Central Taqueria works a tight, flavor-driven menu of street tacos, tortas, and burritos out of a small South Street storefront. NJ Monthly has called out the kitchen’s ability to pack real flavor into a simple format, and the prices stay closer to a quick lunch than a downtown dinner.
