Agricola brings the Princeton original’s farm-to-table playbook to the Morristown Green, opening in 2021 in the space that used to hold Urban Table at 40 West Park Place. The menu pivots with the season and leans on the wood-fired hearth for entrees and pizzas. The room is large and earthy, with a long bar that stays busy through happy hour.

Weekend brunch runs late and pulls a steady crowd, with eggs, pastries, and the wood-oven flatbreads carrying over from the dinner menu. From the same Momo Restaurants and Harvest Restaurants family that runs Roots Steakhouse next door under the same address.
